Proposal date: November 26th, 2024
The ring: The ring is a vintage style with a 1/3 carat diamond set on a white gold band. It’s surrounded by smaller diamonds in the band that are arranged in a swirly/flowy (leafy) pattern. It’s absolutely perfect!
How we met: We met in high school, about eight years ago. We shared a study hall in the AG classroom and began talking there. We also were both officers in the school’s (Southern Door’s) FFA chapter. We have a lot in common, including our interest/background in agriculture, which (in a way) led us to talking and eventually dating.
The proposal: It was a very chilly day, two days before Thanksgiving in 2024 when Nathan proposed. We were up in the cow pasture checking on some things and admiring the view of the whole farm when he got down on one knee. To say that I was surprised would be an understatement.
